All aspects of our manufacturing processes are monitored to maintain the exacting high standards of the AS9100D and ISO 9001 accreditations that we hold, giving our customers confidence in the quality of our precision turned and CNC milled parts.
As a supplier to the aerospace industry for over 20 years, APT must be compliant with the globally adopted AS9100 quality and risk management system. This is a common standard that governs every step of the AS9100D turned parts production.
Every machine at APT is linked to a live system which monitors the shop floor and provides real time status updates to screens positioned throughout our factory. These can also be accessed remotely, and are backed up and archived for complete product traceability – from the source of raw materials, the accuracy of our technical models, through to the delivery of the finished AS9100D turned parts and components.
Each project is managed by one engineer who is responsible for programming, setting, monitoring, finishing and checking. By doing this, we have built a team that works on the principle of accountability. All our products are subjected to a meticulous final inspection before they leave the premises to ensure that they reach our customers in perfect condition.
Our ISO 9001 accreditation is integral to APT’s focus on exceeding customers’ expectations. We are continually improving our production methods and creating a good working relationship with all our clients.
